Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

Not to be confused with the refund period, the cancellation period of an order is 30 days from the date the order was placed until the product has been picked up by our carrier.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and you will not have to pay any fees for this refund.

Conditions for returns:

In order for goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • Goods were purchased within the last 30 days (except for extended warranties)
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which, in accordance with their nature, cannot be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
  • The supply of goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have not been sealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, in accordance with their nature, inseparably mixed with other articles.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging. The Customer must complete the return form that the Seller will provide by email, indicating the reason for return and providing proof of purchase.

Once Seller receives the completed return form and proof of purchase, Seller may provide Customer with return instructions and begin processing the refund request. However, it should be noted that the processing of the refund request may take up to 15 business days after receipt of the returned product and all necessary information.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost on return. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of receipt of delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as gifts when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
